Welcome to The Tiny House at Belmont Park! Feel at home in this camper/RV converted into a tiny house in Cranston/Warwick's Belmont Park area. This tiny home camper is very tiny and accommodates a maximum of 2 guests.
This minimalist-style accommodation is equipped with 1 full-size bed, a tiny kitchenette/coffee station area, a tiny hand sink, a wet bath combination, a camping-style toilet and shower combination, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Roku smart TV. A small fire pit with 1 table and 2 chairs is available outside of the tiny home. There is a 10-gallon water tank for the tiny home, providing cold water only. A space heater is provided to heat the camper.
The camper is located on the host's property in the front yard area. Parking is on the street under the tree next to the tiny home. This is a great affordable option for a quick stay, located 5 minutes from the airport and I-95, and 10 minutes from downtown Providence.
During the winter months, when the temperature is below freezing, the pipes may freeze, so running water is only accessible when temperatures are above freezing. Please keep the heat on when inside the camper. Do not plug in another large heater, as it will trip the breaker to the main home on the property. Housekeeping and Maintenance team operates between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Requests made outside these hours will require a work order and will typically be addressed within 24 hours. Supplies are provided sufficient for the number of registered guests. If additional cleaning or extra supplies are needed beyond the standard provision, guests may be asked to either supply these themselves or cover the cost for the additional service.
