This fully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is designed for comfort and convenience. The modern kitchen comes equipped with all essential appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The bedroom offers a tranquil retreat with ample storage, while the bathroom is well-appointed for privacy and relaxation. With all utilities included, this apartment is perfect for those seeking a hassle-free living experience. Pets are welcome with a limit of 2 pets per reservation and a weight limit of 50lb. A one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250 is required. We reserve the right to decline pets that may not be a good fit for the community. Living in Central Avenue, you're surrounded by tons of diverse cuisines from across the globe and a bustling nightlife scene, all within walking distance of each other. Historic Washington Park is just steps away, so you can stroll through its lush gardens and monuments any time you wish. The University at Albany Downtown Campus resides here, and it's just a quick 10-minute drive from the main campus. Residents enjoy the urban atmosphere of Central Avenue; its namesake street has numerous antique shops, thrift stores, and take-out establishments for your enjoyment. The neighborhood is two miles out from downtown Albany as well as the Hudson River. Keep noise levels low during late hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. Dispose of garbage and recycling properly in designated areas to maintain cleanliness. Mailbox access is available upon request and is not guaranteed. A refundable key deposit of $35 is required and will be returned when the key is returned. The main occupant must be listed on the reservation and the reservation must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets. This property is stocked for mid-term stays, so only starter toiletries are provided. Bring your own toiletries when you come. Annual preventive maintenance checks for smoke detectors and HVAC filters may require access, and you will be notified in advance. In case of emergency maintenance, if urgent repairs are required and we cannot reach you within a certain time, we reserve the right to enter the unit.
