Usually, a couple will live in the large room in the attic while 2 or 3 others each occupy one room on the main level. We have also had arrangements where everyone lives on the main floor, and the attic space is used for entertainment and office space - bring your own imagination! The main floor also has a beautiful 3 season porch overlooking Regent St. There is a fireplace in the living room for colder nights. A dining room separates the kitchen from the living room. The attic bedroom is one large 800sqft room with cathedral ceilings. Note: This one ONE apartment, one single lease with shared utilities. There is whole-unit air conditioning and off-street parking for 3 cars. A professional couple live downstairs and have been tenants for the last 6-7 years. A small backyard is shared and maintained by management. There is a shed for bicycles in the yard. Half the basement is dedicated to storage space for the Unit 2, and residents enjoy their own washer and dryer.
