The Studios at N. Main is a unique 8-unit apartment building built in the 1930's. Conveniently located off of I-10, only two blocks from the downtown entertainment district, museums, and river front park, the location is hard to beat! These apartments have been completely renovated with tile floors in kitchen and baths, new windows, new cabinets, new appliances, and more. We've preserved as much of the historic character as possible, including refurbished original aspects such as hardwood floors, trim, doors, and even claw foot tubs. Our income requirement is 3x the rent monthly, we pay water and garbage, gas and electric are separate and paid by tenant. Our applications check background, credit, and rental history.
