This apartment comes with hardwood floors in the living room, and carpet in bedrooms. This unit is on the 2nd floor, with a balcony and a parking spot. It's a gated apartment complex. We are close to Cal State Long Beach, the Pike, the Aquarium of the Pacific, and restaurants.
