A 65" flat screen HD TV is part of the home theater system in the living room area for those movie nights. The large living room also offers plenty of space for family and guest gatherings. The backyard is your private retreat with mature cacti and variety of desert plantings, plenty of covered patio space, a new outdoor kitchen, and a heated salt water pool complete with a waterfall and outdoor gas burning chiminea. Be prepared for amazing sunsets over the Green with the western exposure. Just a short stroll away is the 5th Green community pool including a large hot tub that is also available in addition to your private pool at the GuggenHaus. High speed internet, cable TV and a wireless Bluetooth sound system are provided throughout the house. All of this on a quiet cul-de-sac lot.
