5. ANIMAL SCREENING/AFFIDAVIT -- Applicant must sign affidavit through portal listed below indicating they do not have any animals if a no pet unit. If applicant has an ESA/Service animal, and/or a pet for a a pet allowed property, applicant must go through affliated site here and follow the prompts to what applies to applicant.
