    Located in historic Franklinton, this charming and updated 2-bedroom apartment is ready for check-in. This quiet hideaway is the perfect place to stay while in Columbus, offering a quaint neighborhood feel just minutes from downtown Columbus, less than one mile away. The renovated apartment features tall ceilings and a historic charm, with a fenced yard great for pets and a front porch perfect for relaxing after a long day. The neighborhood is ideal for walking. The apartment is nestled in a fenced-in corner lot, with ample parking in the back for two cars. Inside, the apartment presents a living room, a large dining room, and a kitchen fully stocked for your stay. The main level also includes a washer and dryer. Upstairs, you will find two good-sized bedrooms, each with a new queen bed, ensuring you feel at home during your stay. Guests must provide a valid driver's license or ID and sign a Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old, and/or live closer than 100 miles from the apartment. Impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner. Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the apartment. A one-time pet fee will be required based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked. Franklinton is situated just west of Downtown Columbus and is full of historic homes. The neighborhood is currently in a revitalization phase, with many properties being renovated. Although it has experienced some crime in the past, the area has improved in recent years. The completion of the Franklinton Floodwall in 2004 has spurred development, and the City of Columbus is focusing on creating a new urban creative district in Franklinton, centered between Gift, Town, Lucas, and Rich Streets.
