The apartment had a sitting area outside the rear exit. Esch apartment has its own front and back entrances. The apartment is located close to coffee shops, bike shops, restaurants, Publix shopping complex, the Five Points entertainment, the Riverside Park (duck pond), Memorial Park on the St. John's River (fishing), as well as the weekly Riverside Arts Market, the Park and King entertainment district, and more!
