With accommodations for up to eight guests, this villa features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom, a guest bedroom with a king-size bed and hall bathroom, and another guest bedroom with two queen beds and a private bathroom.
Relax on the quaint shaded open porch and enjoy the luxury linen package, including premade beds, sheets, hand towels, bathmats, washcloths, and bath towels. The villa is equipped with a wet bar, TVs, washer, dryer, wireless internet, and a grill, ensuring a comfortable stay.
For a fee, guests can access private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options. The maximum number of vehicles allowed is two, plus one golf cart, with a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community. Beach gear rentals are available with a $35 daily credit for stays of 3 to 21 nights, which can be used for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more. Additional services include beach chair, beach umbrella, bicycle, and kayak rentals, grocery delivery, and babysitting arrangements.

The property is cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained staff following CDC protocols, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for your stay.
