Ubers and Lyfts are readily available for easy transportation. Quiet hours are in place to respect neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down. Smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside.
