    Home was older and but very well maintained. Lovely grounds and amenities. Community is safe and well taken care of.

    They answered all my questions and worked with me to get the application processed quickly. Accomated my move in date to fit my current leases termantion date.

    The area was nice - neighborhood/view/surroundings, but the carpet in the rental itself needed replacing. Lots of stains/discoloration.
