Our fully furnished, two-level townhome with private patio looking towards Zion National Park and detached single-car garage is quiet and convenient. The first level has living, dining, dedicated work space, half bath, stacked washer and dryer unit, and well appointed kitchen. Each second floor bedroom has its own full bath. The east facing bedroom has a king-sized bed and blackout shades. The west facing bedroom has a queen-sized bed. All bed and bath linens are provided. Ample cleaning supplies are available. The location is two blocks from grocery, hardware store, restaurants, galleries, shops and town shuttle stop. Zion National Park is less than a mile away. All utilities and wifi are included. (Up to $125 for electricity. Usage over $125 will be due to owner on move out day) No pets or smoking allowed on property. One month minimum lease. One car garage and one parking space included. Owner pays utilities, up to $125 in electricity. Any amount over $125 is renter's responsibility and due upon move out date. Internet services paid by owner. No smoking. No pets. Tenant is responsible for keeping interior and exterior of property clean and tidy.
