The tenant will be responsible for the electrical bill & the cable/internet bill. Parking is off-street only. IONA Students occupy the upper and lower floors of the home. IONA Students are preferred and welcome! We are looking for the right group of people that will be responsible and respectful with the property, its common grounds, and the neighbors. Renter is responsible for the Electric bill. Landlord is responsible for the water bill. Off-street parking only. IONA Students are welcome & preferred.
