Apartment #1 - All new flooring, bathroom, plumbing, paint & fixtures.
Apartment #2 - Full remodel with all new appliances, kitchen, plumbing, flooring, paint & fixtures.
- This is a neighborhood with families, neighbors walking, and kids biking. The tenant would need to fit this quiet, relaxed community.
- These apartments are a 5 minute drive from downtown Wooster and a 2 minute drive from Route 30 for those who commute to work.
- 2 minute drive to Dollar General & a Marathon gas station.
Amenities include:
- Trash dumpster on site
- Water and sewer included in rent
- Lawn mowing (tenants are responsible for weeding and care of flower beds)
-As a landlord we cover the cost of water & sewer, lawn mowing, salt for water softener and trash. We additionally provide the living room AC unit. All others are the tenant's responsibility, if desired.
-Tenant pays all other utilities.
-Lease is 1 year.
-No smoking of any kind including tobacco & marijuana and anything that leaves a residue or smell. This will forfeit tenant's security deposit and will be evicted if anyone, including guests, smoke in the apartment.
-Tenant is responsible for snow shoveling walkways.
-Small, well-cared for animals are permitted. A refundable deposit of ($500) will be added to the security deposit in addition to a fee per animal ($35) that will be added to the monthly rent cost.
There is an application that will need to be filled out once in contact with landlord.
