Located in the fun-filled, luxury gated community of Reunion, you'll feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Universal is 20 miles away, SeaWorld is 15 miles away, and Magic Kingdom is 8 miles away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A pet fee is applied for bringing a house-trained dog (breed and weight must be specified and approved). Check-out time is 10 AM, and staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
