All requested documents must be uploaded correctly (ID, Proof of income from the last 3 months: Bank Statements or Paystubs) - Must Earn 2.5 times the rent (based on Net Income, not gross) - Must have no previous Evictions or Criminal Records (DUI, misdemeanors might be accepted based on our criteria) LEASINGS COSTS: First month's rent + deposit (1/2 security deposit on move in, other 1/2 can be paid 90 days from move in) - $75 Non-refundable application fee per adult.
