    Charming Kona 2-bedroom, furnished apartment with a peek-a-boo ocean view Step into this newly built, 2-bedroom furnished apartment, a private oasis on the lower level of our home. With a separate entry, a shaded and private lanai with an ocean view, and a spacious nearly 700 square feet, it's the perfect blend of privacy and comfort. Located six blocks uphill from shore access, it's just minutes from beaches or town and offers on-street parking. Each bedroom includes a queen bed, nightstands, and clothing storage. Bed frames leave extra room for storage under the beds. The living area has recliners, a coffee table, a 55-in smart TV, a kitchenette, a dining bar, and a bathroom. Every room is equipped with at least one ceiling fan for your comfort. Household water is electronically softened, and drinking water is filtered, including the ice maker in the refrigerator/freezer. Your rent includes garbage and recycling collection, weekly pickup, and all utilities except Wi-Fi. Please note that we don't permit air conditioning units; we request judicious daytime appliance usage and quiet hours after 10 PM. Each bedroom includes a ceiling fan, overhead lighting, and clothing storage. The private lanai has seating for two and is shaded by the upper deck, as well as ample trees and shrubs, including lots of fruit we're willing to share. The mauka side of the apartment is mainly filled with operable and screened doors and windows, allowing breezes to flow through and keeping the apartment pleasantly cool. Each window includes roll-up bamboo blinds to limit the sun in the afternoon. The floors are new, with luxury vinyl over additional padding for comfort throughout the apartment. Leave your slippers at the door, please. The kitchen has granite countertops, ample cupboard and drawer storage, and pantry shelves. The kitchen appliances include a large air fryer with room for a 5-pound chicken for size reference. The kitchen includes enameled cast iron pots and pans, which are recommended for the highest efficiency cooking on the induction burners. There is also a microwave, which includes an exhaust and a complete array of cups, dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, chef knives, pots/pans, etc. It also has a Keurig coffee maker with reusable cups. Please be prepared to show three months of paystubs and bank statements to reflect your monthly income and three references: former lessor, professional, and personal. First, last, and cleaning deposit due at signing. No smoking. No pets.
