Kissimmee Station is a 22-minute drive away, and Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) is a 27-minute drive away. A supermarket and other stores are just 5 minutes from the resort, and Posner Park, with an IMAX movie theater and other stores, is only 7 minutes away. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 11. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed four per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it could result in fines up to $300.
