I take great pride in providing a clean and welcoming environment for my tenants, and I am attentive to their needs. In return, I ask that cleanliness be a priority. Located in a modest and respectful neighborhood, this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit is well-maintained and was updated a few years ago with new appliances, a renovated bathroom, new blinds, and a ceiling fan.
The bedrooms feature spacious closets, and the eat-in kitchen has plenty of room for a table and chairs. Additional amenities include a dedicated water heater, coat closet, and linen closet. The unit's front door opens to a landing, followed by a staircase leading to a large lawn and flower bed. Situated on the top floor, the unit includes garbage and water services, with a request for water conservation.
Small dogs are welcome with a refundable security deposit of $700. The unit comes with one assigned parking space, plus access to four extra spaces shared among all five tenants on a first-come, first-served basis, with expected rotation. Part of a 5-plex with three units downstairs and two upstairs, laundry facilities are available on the ground level, featuring coin-operated machines that should be cleaned after each use.
Enjoy easy access to the 101 Freeway and Monterey Road, and proximity to Costco, Walmart, Lowe's, Downtown Gilroy restaurants, and public transportation. This month-to-month rental contract offers flexibility for both tenant and landlord.
This is a month-to-month contract. I have expectations: Pay your rent on time, keep the place clean inside and out. Report any leak or malfunction with appliances. Use the property with respect and bee respectful of others space and cultures.
