Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Inside, you'll find an open-concept living room and kitchen. The living room features two sofas, one of which is a queen sofa bed, and a large Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and dinnerware, and there are two dining tables for meals. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, an open sleeping space, and two full bathrooms. Bedroom one has a king bed, bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. An additional sleeping space in an open nook upstairs includes a double bed with a twin trundle underneath. Outside, enjoy a dip in the private pool and make use of the available grill. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, requiring access to the yard/pool area on service days. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Driving, Uber, or cab services are necessary as there is no public transportation in this neighborhood. The house features a digital keypad at the front door for full and private access, with the code provided upon check-in. Contact-free check-in is available via a digital door code, and assistance is just a phone call away if needed. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and any evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair, stains, or waste will incur additional cleaning charges.
