Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad, leading into an open-concept living room and kitchen. The living room features two sofas, one of which is a queen sofa bed, and a large Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and dinnerware, complemented by two dining tables for meal times. Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms, an open sleeping space, and two full bathrooms. Bedroom one has a king-size bed, bedroom two has a queen-size bed, and bedroom three offers two twin-over-twin bunk beds. An additional sleeping space is tucked away in an open nook upstairs, featuring a double bed with a twin trundle underneath. Outside, enjoy a dip in the private pool and make use of the available grill.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request.
Situated in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, this area is home to many current or retired military families. Perched at the top of a ridge overlooking part of the Fort Moore Training Area, you might even hear soldiers calling cadence in the morning. As there is no public transportation in this neighborhood, driving or using Uber or a cab is necessary.
Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any violation of quiet hours or disturbance to neighbors may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and all waste must be cleaned up. Any evidence of pet hair on furniture or excessive hair in the home will result in additional cleaning charges. Pool maintenance occurs weekly, requiring access to the yard and pool area on service days.
This home offers a remote work-friendly environment with Wi-Fi access, allowing you to stay connected during your stay. A laptop computer is not included.
