This spacious home features 5.5 bathrooms, two living areas, and a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining areas, as well as a free washer and dryer. Enjoy exclusive access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse for an additional fee. If you would like to add pool and spa heating, the cost is $35 per day of stay, and at least a week's notice is kindly requested. During inclement weather, using the pool is not advised. Located in the beautiful Solterra Resort in Davenport, this home is near theme parks. Disney Springs and Old Town are worth checking out for shopping, while Walt Disney World Resort is nearby. The Solterra Resort Amenities include a resort-style pool with a water slide, lazy river, poolside cafe, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and a recreational area. It's also just minutes from Orlando's theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions, and 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. Posner Park, with an Imax movie theater and many other stores, is just 10 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 14 guests are allowed at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Do not park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. The home is professionally sprayed for pests, but remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Check-out time is 10 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
