Residents are responsible for an electric bill (through NOVEC) and water. Apartment is fully electric. The water bill is produced and delivered so you can pay it alongside your rent. If you would like to subscribe to cable and/or internet services are provided by Comcast/Xfinity. Garbage is included with your rental rate.
We offer a on-site laundry facility for our residents which is coin operated. We have two playgrounds located throughout the property alongside a basketball court, picnic tables, sports court, a pirate ship for toddlers through teens, a climbing wall, outdoor grills, designated motorcycle parking, and benches for sitting and gazing in a park like environment.
