To get to Garrison Street you turn right off of the main Willey Street, then walk/drive 2 blocks on Snider Street, and make right onto Garrison Street. This property is located as the first right onto Garrison Street. This bottom unit features NEW FLOORING throughout. You enter into the kitchen with open concept into the living room. The kitchen features a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove/range, oak colored cabinets, and smaller window above the kitchen sink. Then enter into the living room that is nicely sized with 2 big windows and huge hallway. Directly across from living room is the laundry space with provided washer and dryer, hot water tank, and more storage space. As you walk further down the long hallway there are two bedrooms on the right side and 2 bedrooms on the left side and a full bathroom on both sides. Both full bathrooms feature double sinks with each tenant having their own vanity space to store all toiletries items. Meaning each tenant has there own "space" to get ready with their own bathroom cabinet and sink. Each bedroom is the same size with same size closet. Tenants are responsible for all utilities: electric, water/sewer/trash (no gas at property). Parking is available on separate lease.
