    Beautiful furnished 2 bedroom apartment in newer West Jordan home. Apartment includes newer king sized beds, furniture, linens, towels, etc. like you'd expect on Airbnb. Apartment has all appliances, including a washer and dryer. Minimum 3 month lease. Plenty of off street parking. Security deposit is one month rent, fully refundable. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs in the apartment. I have plenty of space in the backyard if you have a trailer or something, no problem. Have a well behaved pet? That's cool. No pet rent! The house is split up into two apartments, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each floor is 1600 square feet and each floor has its own entrance, laundry, living room, and kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs, the downstairs just has a lot more storage. The bedrooms in the downstairs apartment are 11.5 x 10 feet and 13.5 x 12 feet and both have walk in closets. Tenant is required to pay 40% of the utilities, (about $100 a month). I've never raised rent on any tenant, and will guarantee your rate for at least two years. Lastly, I'll offer you a big discount if you have the money to prepay your rent, 1% off per month you prepay for. For example, if you prepaid for 5 months for a $2000 apartment, I'd give you 5% off that total amount, knocking your $2000 rent down to $1900 per month. Maximum 12 months prepaid for 12% off but you are welcome to do this at any time you pay rent, it's not just a "move in special". I live in the other apartment. I'm a quiet and clean 42 year old male that will respond quickly should you have an issue. Feel free to text me anytime, thank you. 3 month minimum lease. 1 month rent security deposit. 1 month notice of move out. Tenant responsible for 40% of utilities (under $200 a month), other 60% covered by owner. If you have a dog or cat, no pet rent but an extra $500 refundable deposit. Deposit is fully refundable. Large prepay discount, 1% off per month that you prepay for, 12 months for 12% off maximum. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs in the apartment. 2 off street parking spaces, with plenty of street parking available.
