The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management. - Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process. - Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent - Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc. - Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am, no deck access after 10 pm. - No access to the ground floor patio. - Overnight/Nighttime Occupancy 6 people. (10 pm - 7 am) - Daytime Occupancy may not exceed 8 people without written consent from Tower 17 Properties & Management. - This is the 2nd Floor of an Oceanfront Duplex. This home does have (1) flight of stairs to enter the home. -This home does not include the use of the lower patio. Only as a cut-through for direct beach access. - This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation. -In the winter season, coastal sand remediation projects often take place on the beach adjacent to the property (1) Covered Carport Parking Spot behind the garage.
