Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, it features two bedrooms and two full baths. This newly renovated townhouse offers new furniture, freshly painted walls, updated kitchen utensils, small appliances, beds, window furnishings, and outdoor furniture. It also features a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, a kitchen, laundry facilities, a covered upper porch, and a fenced backyard. A maximum of two pets are allowed with owner approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $175 for each animal per stay, up to two dogs with a maximum weight of 25 lbs per dog. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, toys, and other gear for you to enjoy during your stay, but is not available for parking. A fire pit and gas grill are available, but propane is the responsibility of the guests.
