Located just 1.9 miles from the Deerfield Beach fishing pier and 1.4 miles from Sullivan Park, you can walk or bike to nearby beaches, restaurants, and shops. The house features a heated pool, pool table, outdoor gazebo with seating, loungers, and outdoor dining. It comfortably sleeps eight guests with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a primary bedroom with a plush king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The home boasts a chef's kitchen with an electric range, ample cooking space, and a large island with seating. It is fully equipped with a kettle, Keurig, and filtered coffee maker. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, and the living spaces are designed for relaxation and entertainment. The pool can be heated upon request for a fee of $100 per night, only available in colder months. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature with a maximum temperature set to 85 degrees. The partner requires at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated, and it must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation in the area, making it easy to explore the vibrant surroundings of Deerfield Beach. There is an exterior camera on each corner of the home and a doorbell camera at the front door for security purposes. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Guests must be over 21 years old to book. No pets are allowed. No parties or events are allowed, and any violation will result in a minimum fine of $2,000 and immediate check-out with no refund. The home is equipped with a Minut device that notifies us when noise levels exceed the set limit. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am.
