About the buildings: 735 and 745 Meridian Ave. Located in the heart of South Beach, Miami Beach, Florida. Two double-story buildings are enclosed in a lush tropical courtyard setting. The street is tree-lined on both sides and is the prettiest street in the entire South Beach. The building is within walking distance of the Beach, Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, and Flamingo Park. Publix, Ross, and TJ Max are located within walking distance. Access to I-395 is less than one mile away. Though all of the attractions (such as clubs, beaches, and shopping) are within walking distance, the property itself is located on a very quiet street with very little traffic. Both buildings were designed by the famous architect, Mr. Henry Maloney. The 735 Meridian was constructed in 1929 and the 745 Meridian was built in 1935. Though the historic art deco decor of the building has been maintained, both of the buildings have been renovated (some parts more than others). The buildings are enclosed in elegant fencing, front, and back. In the rear of the building, there are 8 parking spots which are reserved and gated with remote access.
