The covered patio at the back of the house is perfect for relaxation with family and friends. This pet-friendly home requires pets to be crated when left unattended and prohibits pets on furniture or beds. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located in a residential area, this home is about a 4-minute drive to Lake Mayer Park, 9 minutes to Publix Super Market, and 7 minutes to Pin Point Heritage Museum. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged for convenience. The house offers contact-free check-in via a digital door code, with the code provided upon check-in.
