Guests will enter the house through the front door using a digital keypad. Enter into the spacious open-concept living space. The living room has a comfy couch, armchairs, and a SmartTV and is open to the dining area and kitchen. Guests can access the backyard through the sliding door in the living room. Through the kitchen is the first bedroom. Off the living room is a hallway leading to the three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The laundry room is in the first bathroom in the hallway. Outside, you will see a large fenced backyard with a table, chairs, and a BBQ grill for your use. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This house is located in a residential area with easy access to major highways and interstates. It is convenient to hospitals, Southside, Downtown Savannah, and Truman Parkway, and only a few minutes away from dining and shopping options. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code.
