The apartment is for one person only, without exception. The apartment features wood floors throughout, french doors to the bedroom, gas stove and a claw foot tub in the bathroom. It's a second floor apartment that includes off-street parking with laundry on site. A security deposit of 1400.00 is required to hold the apartment upon application approval, with first and last months rent due on moving in. We DO NOT have A/C in this building and this is a drug free, smoke free (including marijuana use) property. Management does live on site and there is an application fee of 25.00.
