The apartment is about a mile from Delaware park so you can easily go for a run or a bike ride around Buffalo's beautiful Olmstead Park system.
Two parking spots are included with your rent, one is in the garage. The street is pretty good for parking as it is one of the wider streets in Buffalo.
You have your own washer and dryer in our well-organized, clean basement. You can use the attic for storage.
The apartment is in a really cool area. It is about a thirty minute walk to the Lexington Co-Op. It's very well located for Hertel street parades and ideal for afternoon walks.
You will pay electric and gas. We pay your water and garbage fee. We provide snow plowing in the winter. We require a one year lease; security deposit and first month rent is due at signing.
