This property will be available for rent with a 1 year lease starting December 1, 2025. All showings need to be scheduled directly with Colorado Lifestyle Property Management with at least a 24-hour advance notice as the home is currently occupied.

The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person, with only a few exceptions that allow proxies or virtual tours. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and application fee for each adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. The application fee is payable in-person (cash or check) or via an online application link provided after your showing. If you need to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside the office - just make sure to label payments with your name. Once we have ALL applications and fees from your party, we will process them and let you know whether you are approved.
1 year lease. Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities (gas, W/S/T, electricity, internet), landscaping, and sprinkler maintenance. Dogs (two max) are ok with a $200 pet deposit, per pet, as well as $35/month, per pet. No cats. No smokers.
