The cottage is within walking distance to a general store and a small marina, providing convenience and accessibility. The shorefront sandy beach offers a gradual entry into the water, perfect for leisurely swims. The kitchen is equipped with a gas grill, microwave, and dishwasher, ensuring you have all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at our office. The water source is lake water, so tenants are advised to bring their own drinking water. A small fire pit is available for use, perfect for cozy evenings by the lake. Located near Sebago Lake, this cottage offers easy access to local amenities and attractions. Whether you're looking to explore the nearby general store or enjoy the marina's offerings, everything you need is within reach. There is a strict occupancy limit of six renters and a strict limit of two occasional day guests. Pets are not allowed. The dock is suitable for tie-up but not for overnight use. A laundromat is available at Sebago Lake Campground, Windham, or Bridgton for laundry needs.
