Remington Drive is a quiet smaller apartment community where people can relax, enjoy their pets, nature, woods, and the river view. This apartment is walking distance to WCU and also features lots of parking, nice size rooms, good appliances and good condition flooring and carpet. The owner strives to provide a great living experience for its residents and is prompt to make repairs and address issues. The owner is continually reinvesting in the property. Scheduled maintenance for this spring include reconditioning the road and painting the exterior of the apartments. Additionally, all utilities are included! The included utilities are your own morris broadband FAST Internet router , Weekly Trash Pick up, Electricity, and Water/Sewer. This is a great value because utilities can be very expensive and the utility companies require large deposits and electricity can be very expensive in the winter months. (Electric Allowance of $100 Monthly, any Overages will be Billed back to the Tenant) No Washer/Dryer on site, tenants must use the Laundromat. No Mailboxes on site, tenants must get a P.O. Box. To reserve one of these great value and nice apartments, please fill out and submit our online application. You will then be contacted by our office to submit a deposit and sign a lease. Students must have co-signers. To Qualify you will need to have a 650 Credit Score, 6 years of established credit, No Criminal Background and Paystubs to prove the Market Rent 3 times within a month.
