We do not accept tenants with prior evictions (no exception) or multiple collections on the record. Must make at least three times the rent per month ($2,685). Must have employment. We check background and credit. We provide 1 year leases with the option to renew, no short term lease option. No pets, no smoking (on entire premises), no exception. We ask for first and last month rent plus one month security deposit to move in (total of $2,685). If you have strong credit, the last month's upfront can be waived. To apply, we ask for a $50 non refundable application fee for EACH applicant, TWO forms of ID, your last paystub, and a filled out application that we hand out when showing the unit.
