Old Mill is a very social condo complex located in North Provo, in between BYU and UVU and not far from the neighborhood market Wal-Mart and the University Mall! Each unit has four private bedrooms, for a total of four tenants per apartment. Each unit also has four half-bathrooms and two shared showers, a dishwasher, and central air. The complex has an indoor solarium with a year-round pool, sand volleyball court, ping-pong table, and BBQ area, and there are two additional pools in the complex. Each building has coin-operated laundry rooms. The parking lot has one to two reserved parking spots for each unit, and there are first come, first serve parking spots in the middle of the complex.
