There is a $125 application fee which includes a complete back ground check, credit check and lease fee. This is for a maximum of 2 adults, any other persons 18 years and old will be charged $45 for the same credit/back ground checks. WE WILL BE OFFERING ANOTHER UNIT IN THE SAME BUILDING VERY SOON! IT'S A 2 BED, 1.5 BATH FOR $1275 We're accepting leases for no less than one year. There is NO smoking or vaping in any unit. You will be responsible for all utilities and their deposits and must show proof of them being turned on in your name prior to receiving any keys. We do not accept any post dated checks. Nothing shall be affixed to the roof and/or eaves. You are required to change your a/c filters monthly. IF a small pet is allowed there is a $300 non refundable pet fee due.
