Old Mill complex is located about 1 mile from BYU campus and is on a direct bus line with the RYDE into BYU campus (as well as UTA). The complex has 3 swimming pools, sand volleyball court & BBQ area. The sand volleyball court, 1 swimming pool and gazebo are located in a tropical solarium that is open year round so you can enjoy the warmth of the swimming pool and the "feel" of the summer months in the cold winter months! Each unit has 2 assigned parking stalls and then there are many uncovered, blank first come first serve parking stalls throughout the complex.
