The apartment has been repainted and refreshed for the new occupant. You have your own kitchen but there is no stove (microwaves, toaster ovens, hot plates, etc. are allowed). Access to the washer and dryer in the common area is free. Rent is $1097 a month and you would be responsible for paying 1/5th of the utilities (water, electric, gas, and FIOS Internet). The apartment is available for immediate occupancy, single occupancy only, no smoking or vaping inside the building. Refundable security deposit is one month's rent.
