Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM, and any noise complaints beyond an acceptable level will be subject to one warning, with a second violation resulting in a $300 fee and immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Tampering with or breaking the outside camera will incur a $350 maintenance repair fee and immediate eviction without a refund. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking or vaping inside the home, with immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. The front door must not be left unlocked or open at any time. Early or late checkouts may be accommodated for a fee and by request only, with a $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00 AM.
