We currently have a very spacious, approximately 1,600 sq. ft, 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom remodeled first floor apartment available. This floor is the only pet dog friendly floor of the building, For breed and size restrictions please review below.
We are located in the coveted area just across from San Mateo Central Park and a three block stroll to downtown San Mateo, city living in the suburbs!
This residence features a large updated galley kitchen with new electric stainless steel appliances; over-sized stainless chef's sink, stainless steel commercial grade kitchen faucet, built-in reverse osmosis water purifier and instant water dispenser (no more need to buy expensive bottled water!), a 1HP quiet garbage disposal, a very quite dishwasher (stainless steel tub 3 rack top control), low profile microwave, double oven, a large 20.8 Cu. Ft. refrigerator, pantry closet, Corian counter tops, mahogany cabinets and drawers and dimmable under cabinet lighting. For the serious foodies out there, we have installed a four burner induction cooktop. If your cookware is not induction capable, we will replace the cooktop with a similar ceramic radiant version.

We recently installed CoreTek Harmony Oak style 9' plank LVP floors throughout the apartment. These gorgeous floors are water resistant, pet durable and feel really great under foot. Crown molding and baseboards run throughout the residence as well (including the bathrooms).
In residence storage space includes an entry coat closet, kitchen pantry closet, double depth hallway storage closet, hallway linens closet, mirrored guest bedroom closet, double depth mirrored second guest bedroom closet, and a separate linens and walk-in closet in the on-suite bedroom.
All windows are double pane with the bottom half having privacy (etched rain) glass and are accompanied with two inch router-less window treatments and valances that match the crown molding.
The on-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, and the second bathroom is a tub / shower combination. Both bathrooms are appointed with full vanities and behind door mirrored cabinet storage.

This residence also has an approximately 50 sq ft private balcony off of the dining area with a shaded tree view. The living room and bedrooms are south east facing and receive morning and afternoon direct sunlight.
This lease comes with one gated underground parking space. No cost resident street parking permits and guest parking placards are available through the City of San Mateo.
Laundry facilities are on site (3 washers and 3 dryers) that accept quarters or PayRange phone app payments.
A 5' x 5' x 8.5' on-site basement storage locker is available under separate contract for $125.00 per month.

As stated above, our 1st floor is a dog friendly floor but there are breed restrictions and resident obligations. Most notably, we only consider non shedding "hypoallergenic" breeds with a full developed weight of under 35 lbs. There is a maximum of two (2) pet dogs allowed for this residence. All pets must be interviewed before applying for the residence and proof of current vaccinations, licensing, and spay / neuter must be presented. We recommend bringing your pet dog(s) if you come to see the residence in person. We are looking for non-aggressive and not very vocal pet residents. Pet dog interviews are required. We are located right across from San Mateo Central Park, a great place to walk your dog(s) before coming to visit us.
Not other pets are allowed, this includes cats, birds and fish tanks.
