Utilities: Water and trash pick up covered by the owner. The rest of the utilities not included (tenant's responsibility). Lease Duration: 6 months (renews every 6 months) Driveway Sharing: The driveway is shared with the neighboring unit. Tenants must ensure vehicles do not block access for others. Meters: The property has its own gas and electricity meters. Water is shared between units, and the cost will be divided per the Landlord's instructions.
