To the south, Meeks Bay is only 3 miles and Emerald Bay is 10 miles. The public beach at Chamberlands is a short drive or scenic walk along a paved path. Full guest bathroom in hallway. Upstairs has the kitchen, dining and living areas, along with a half bathroom and laundry facilities. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals, enjoy morning coffee, or blend up a batch of cool margaritas. Dining table seats 6-8 and there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area offers a couch and loveseat for TV viewing, as well as 2 easy chairs cozied up to the gas fireplace. Lots of natural light streams into the bright and cheery upper level. Two decks on the upper floor, one off of the living area and one off of the dining area, allow for al fresco relaxation. Outdoors, the HOA amenities include tennis courts, horseshoe pits, and a basketball hoop. The homeowners have provided outdoor entertainment such as cornhole and other games.
