All bedding and bath towels are provided, freshly laundered. Off-street parking is available for one vehicle, and ample free street parking is available nearby. The area is perfect for nature lovers, with opportunities for birdwatching at the Cape May Point State Park. The Cape May Point Lighthouse and Lake Lily are major attractions. Cape May Point is approximately 3 miles west of Cape May, making it easy to enjoy the attractions and amenities of Cape May. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be respectful of neighbors, other guests, and the overall community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Smoking is permitted outside and well away from any doors or windows, and all debris must be cleaned up. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply.
