For loading and unloading your belongings, you may pull straight down the shared driveway to the end of the pavement. Limit this to under 15 minutes to ensure smooth access for everyone. The driveway is narrow and steep, so you should be comfortable backing out, as there is no space to turn around at the back. The apartment is located in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during the evenings, to help maintain the peaceful atmosphere. No smoking or use of fire is permitted in the rental, including vape pens and marijuana, with a $200 charge if this rule is not followed. Parties and events are not allowed, and there cannot be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. Late check-out fee of $50 applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. Guests who make reservations for over 28 days must sign a standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in.
