The apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms, each offering a peaceful haven for rest and rejuvenation. The bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower alongside a stacked washer dryer unit, providing convenience and comfort. Pets are welcome with a pet fee and size limits, so please request in advance if you'd like to bring any along. The park itself is a focal point of the neighborhood, drawing over two million visitors each year. Its beauty is enhanced by the iconic Atlanta Zoo and the Cyclorama. Strolling through Grant Park, you'll find scenic walking trails, historic homes, and a variety of recreational facilities that invite outdoor activities and community gatherings. Parking at Camellia Cove is both convenient and accessible, with free street parking available on Ormewood Ave. You'll typically find spots just a short walk from your doorstep, making it easy to come and go. However, Sundays can be busier due to the nearby church, so we recommend arriving early to secure a spot. For loading and unloading your belongings, you may pull straight down the shared driveway to the end of the pavement. Limit this to under 15 minutes to ensure smooth access for everyone. The driveway is narrow and steep, so you should be comfortable backing out, as there is no space to turn around at the back. The apartment is located in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during the evenings, to help maintain the peaceful atmosphere. No smoking or use of fire is permitted in the rental, including vape pens and marijuana, with a $200 charge if this rule is not followed. Parties and events are not allowed, and there cannot be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. Late check-out fee of $50 applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. Guests who make reservations for over 28 days must sign a standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in. If these policies are violated, it will result in your reservation being terminated with no refund and guests asked to leave premises.
