    The communication was great I really have no complaints in that department.

    As soon as walk into the building it smelt very wet, moldy, and stuffy. The stairs felt very unsturdy. When walking into the unit the floor very unsafe and he had a moldy wet smell as well. The bedroom is very small and the outside floor that is located in the back is all cracked. I feel that before showing anyone else that apartment. The building itself should be inspected.
