Our villas have granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and washer/dryer included. We offer 24-hour emergency maintenance, and the community boasts 2 clubhouses, 2 pools, 2 fitness centers, and a dog park for your furry friend. We offer 1 and 2-bedroom layouts. East Lake is located off 89th and Pine Lake and is within walking distance of restaurants, banks, and grocery stores. We also offer self-guided tours through Tour24. Residents are responsible for all utilities (electricity to LES, plus a small portion of water/sewer/trash). In addition to utilities, we require that residents pay for an amenity fee of $15/month, a building and facilities fee of $14/month and 1GIG fiber service through ALLO at a discounted rate of $70/month. These are paid to the community monthly with your rent, except electric service which is paid directly to LES. East Lake is a smoke-free community; smoking is only permitted at least 10 feet away from any building structure. We accept up to 2 pets per apartment with a max combined adult weight of no more than 75lbs, some breed restrictions apply. Rates listed are for a 12-month lease, call our office if you're interested in something shorter!
