The Ranch apartments consist of 14 units, each one just a little different from the others. The main bungalow house has been split into four apartments, there are seven units in the next building and three more on the back side in another building. The current available unit is located in the rear of the main house, it has parking right outside its entrance. This unit is a traditional one bedroom apartment with hardwood floors in the living areas and tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Ceiling fan in living room. The kitchen has stove, refrigerator and dish washer. There is Central heat and A/C with a heat pump. The building has coin operated laundry on site. Tenant pays electric, landlord pays water/sewer/trash. One small, adult dog or adult cat okay with prior approval and fees. - $50 application fee for each applicant that is 18 years or older - Previous two years of employment references - Previous two years of rental references (or home ownership) - Current credit report (run by Leslie and Associates only, no other source) - Background screening.
